Sweet little dice game in original red snap closure pouch, custom shape to hold the 5 dice, from the shipping company 'Compagnie Générale Transatlantique', known overseas as the French Line, headquarters in Paris, France. 1945s
.
Inside flap of case is embossed in silver color with 'Cie Gle Transatlantique French Line'.
The sides of each are engraved with the symbols representing the six highest playing cards: Ace, King, Queen, Jack, Ten, Nine.
The Ace is represented by the side advertising the French Line.
Each die measures 5/8" square, the case is 2 1/8" across X 1 1/2" high X 7/8" thick.
Everything is in excellent vintage condition showing negligible usage wear, a few teeny spots of discoloration but nothing serious, no damage/repair noted, clean, no odor.
